This hotel was in a great location with lots of food options nearby, including an excellent Korean BBQ just a short walk away. The view from my room was stunning, with a mountain and ocean view. The staff were helpful and even offered a shuttle service. The hotel was clean and had modern facilities, including a rain shower and high tech toilet seat.

It was in general a pleasant experience. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Childonga that was only 15 minutes' walk away. I got free upgrade and liked it. Location met my needs.

The rooms were spacious and tidy. It was great that there was a bus stop just at the front of the hotel, which made it easy to explore nearby areas. Another positive was the friendly staff willing to go the extra mile to help guests out.
Breakfast was not much of a delight and neither was the location - not many options for food within a walking distance. Also, the elevator was quite slow, which was a bit annoying when having to be somewhere on time.

Excellent location near attractions, museums, and eateries. Good view of mountain and ocean. In-trend room design with nice air conditioner. Helpful service desk. Magnificent sea view. Close to waterfalls and botanical gardens. Well-appointed and clean rooms. Very strategic location.
Nothing to mention.

There was a range of attractions nearby and convenient transportation options. the room was spacious and clean, and the service was top-notch. I appreciated the wide array of breakfast choices that cater to different dietary restrictions, and the view from the room was breathtaking. the hotel had great amenities, such as rain showers and high-tech toilets.
I wasn't entirely pleased with the hotel's strict credit card policy, which incurred transaction fees for overseas guests, instead of offering the option to pay in cash at the hotel.

The hotel rooms were really clean and spacious which made me feel comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect because there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel and there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. the hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to assist us which was appreciated.
The breakfast was not up to my expectations and we ended up skipping it on the second day. the elevator was very slow and there was only one which resulted in long waits.
